Keep contracts, clients and the cash book in one place: for pawnshops, tracking loans, debts and instalments, and recording money received and paid out. You can try the solution right away in the demo.
Features
Contracts
Client, item, item value, contract amount, fee, currency and status. The table shows total money in and out per contract, the latest payment in and out, and whether the contract is overdue.
Clients
Each client has an overview of their contracts. A new contract is created from the client's row, and fees for several contracts are collected with one payment that is split across the selected contracts.
Cash book
Every payment in and out has a transaction type, currency and exchange rate, and is linked to a contract. A payout to the client, a fee collection and a repayment each start with one click from the contract's row.
Balance and archive
The Balance view shows the cash book today, yesterday and the day before, by currency. Closed contracts move to the archive, with the number of days overdue and a mark when the contract currency differs from the currency in the cash book.
Change control
For every record the system keeps who entered or changed it and when. Deleting requires a reason, and the administrator has a review that picks out cases to check, such as an item value lower than the payout or a deleted cash-book entry.
Search, export and print
Every column has its own filter. Tables can be exported to Excel and PDF or printed, so a report for the accountant or the owner needs no retyping.
Who uses it
The solution grew out of software used every day in a pawnshop. The same flow, in which money is lent and repaid under a contract, fits other kinds of work too, so the demo uses neutral labels: item, contract amount, cash book.
Pawnshops
The pledged item, its estimated value, the payout to the client, fee collection and redemption. This is how the software is already used every day.
Loans, debts and instalments
Who received how much, how much they have paid back, how much they still owe and who is late with a payment.
Payments in and out under a contract
Any work in which money is received and paid out as agreed, with the daily cash balance and a record of every change.

One contract from start to finish
- Client: on the Clients page, pick an existing client or add a new one, then open "Create a contract" from their row.
- Contract: enter the item, item value, contract amount, fee and currency. The contract gets the status "Open".
- Payout to the client: click the payout icon in the contract's row. The cash book opens with the money-out entry for that contract already filled in; just save it.
- Fee collection: use the icon next to the fee to enter the money in for the fee. The contract's total money in and out columns change right away.
- Repayment: use the icon next to the contract amount to enter the money paid back. If the client repays only part, "Split contract" closes the old contract and opens a new one for the remaining amount, with both entries in the cash book.
- Closing: change the contract's status to "Closed". The contract moves to the Archive, with all its payments in and out.
- Balance: see how this day shows in the cash book today, compared with yesterday and the day before.
- Export: filter any table and download it as an Excel or PDF file, or print it.
Good to know
- The first time you open each page, the demo starts a short tour that explains the fields and columns. You can stop the tour at any time.
- The language is chosen by the address, and each language has its own company, currency and data: Serbian works in dinars, English in dollars, Vietnamese in dong.
- The data is fictional. Do not enter real personal data.
- Every night the data is reset, and the dates are moved so that the latest day is today.
- All visitors share the same account, so you may see changes made by other visitors on the same day.
- The demo account has no access to system administration: users, settings and the change review.
